[Exit 75] One ticket Sec F5 Row D available for 10/27 Detroit

Hi everybody,
   
I have one ticket in Section F5 available for
Saturday's show.  Row D, Seat 508.  It's essentially
9th row when you account for pit seating.  The seating
chart is here:

There is also a parking pass for the Fox parking
garage that I might be able to throw in, not sure yet
if I need it.  Ticket was $45 + "convenience" charge
of $8.30 & while I'd like to get that for it I'm 
willing to consider other offers. 
   
I hope to be in Detroit (Greektown) by 3:00, so pick
up would have to be arranged sometime after that. 
Unless you happen to live in the Lansing area, that
is...
