[Exit 75] One extra Oakland 12/8 ticket, one extra Phoenix ticket

Hi guys -
I have extra tickets!

One ticket for Oakland 12/8, Orch row KK seat 22: it cost me $68.70 but 
since it's not great, I'll take $40 or make me an offer.

One ticket for Phoenix, sec 4, row 15, seat 1: it cost me $61.60 but 
I'll take $50.

I'll be at both shows, plus the first Oakland show, so I could hand off 
either of the tickets before the shows, although for Phoenix, I fly in 
only about an hour before the show, so it may be better to mail or 
Fedex that ticket just in case I'm late getting to Phoenix.
